2011 Show News

We traveled to the ASCA 2011 Nationals held in West Bend, WI and had great success!
Testimony She's All That - Peppers, 2 Premiers and First place Brood Bitch; Ch. SierraRose Blue Sage, 2 Premiers, Bayley 3rd place Jr. Finals and SierraRose Cinnamon Twist, 3rd place at Nationals in a large BBX class (PICTURE AT THE TOP)






Norm once again does it - BOB under AKC Judge Charles Scott
on 5-8-11.  Mom better watch out.  Norm could pass her up in the finals points!! he he. 













Sage enters his first ASCA show out at his summer home and wins all his classes and obtained a RWD under AKC Judge Charles Scott on 5-8-11.  Way to show them Sage.  Won't be long now till you're a champion!









Norm finishes his ASCA Championship under ASCA Judge Clarissa Shank 5-7-11.  We couldn't be more proud!  Nice job ladies.















April 30, 2011 CVASC - Peppers had another BOB.  Thank you Shawna Sakal-Beaty for this nice win.  Can't leave out Marble or Bayley - Marble came home with 3 BOBP wins and Bayley had 3 BJH and 1 RJH at the CVASC show.  Wow we had a great week-end with friends and dogs alike.








April 16, 17 was a huge week-end for the SierraRose Family.  We'll start with Norm who not only had 1 5-pt major win but decided to prove to us he's a real show dog and had 2 5pt major wins:

4/16/11 AM show- WD under Sheila Hall for 5 pts.

4/16/11 PM Show-RWD under Kristin Rush to a 5 pt major

4/17/11 AM Show - WD/BOW/BOB over 9 specials for a 5 pt major under Senior Breeder Judge Gail Karamalegos - WOW is all I can say, WOW, WOW, WOW  We are so very proud of our boy Norm and give great thanks to his owners Bev Grovert, Kathryn Nikkel for taking such good care of Norm.  Not to forget Norm's handler Heather Blackford.  Thanks ladies for all your hard work!

Now for homeland here in CA.  Bayley and I traveled down to Lancaster to attend the JTASC Shows.  We had a great Saturday!!

Bayley took another 4 BJH all all shows :)  You Rock Bayley!!!!

Marble hasn't been shown in a while and we decided to bring her out for some schooling.  Marble took BOBP under Senior Breeder Judge Barbara Peters in the morning and again in the afternoon show under Judge   

Peppers showed like a little queen and picked up a few more merit points taking BOB over some very nice specials under Senior Breeder Judge Barbara Peters.  Thank you for recognizing her quality.  We sure think she's special! 

April 9-10; Merced AKC Shows - Sage came to play with grandma and all his doggy family! 
SierraRose Blue Sage "Sage" had 2 back to back RWD wins :)  Good boy Sage! Pictures coming soon!
Thank you Kathryn for letting us have Sage for a week-end sleepover :)

April 2,3 we traveled to Turlock, CA for DASF annual Spring Fling

Bayley took 4 Best Jr. Handlers putting her in the ASCA 500 Hundred Club for This year.  She and Angel sure make a pretty pair!

Peppers showed in Breed and was pulled in one of the shows but it just wasn't her week-end.

Sage & Kathryn came up for a visit and once again Sage wins his classes, was pulled for WD under Summer Jewel Fuls and had a RWD win to a 5 pt major  under Judge ....
 

March 19th - Louisville, KY AKC shows

Norm - SierraRose Dreamcatcher has his 1st AKC win for a 4 pt major under Judge Ms. Edweena (Teddy Mcdowell, WD/BOW

Twist won her class all 4 shows and has a RWB under Judge Summer Jewel Fuls :)

January 29 - 30
Cow Palace - Daly City, CA
Sunday 01-30 Twist goes RWB to a 4 pt major under Judge Kimberly Meredith-Cavanna and thank you Megan Hof for handling Twist to her Reserve.

Saturday 01-29 Peppers goes RWB to a 4 pt major under Judge Charles E. Trotter 

February 12-13 our Central Valley ASC shows

Saturday - February 12th a huge congratulations to Bayley for finishing Angel to her championship. Bayley went into the ring with 14 pts on this girl only needing 1 pt to finish and took a 5 pt major under Judge Del Richards! WTG BAyley

Peppers added another 57 merits pts and garnered another BOB win under Judge Donnell Richards.

Ivy - entered her first show and placed 2nd in the 2-4 puppy class beating her sister Marble!!!!

Marble also entered her first shows and wherein she placed in all 4 shows and even got a BOBP under Judge Donnelle Richards

Twist - is my consistent young lady and won her class 3 of the 4 shows.  

March 12-13th  We traveled down to San Diego to attend the ASC of San Diego shows! 
We had a great time! Did a little too much walking though!  

Sage was able to join us with his mom Kathryn.  Sage is very consistent and coming along nicely.  He won his class all 4 shows and was considered/pulled for WD.  Love that boy!

Twist garnered a 5pt major under Judge  

2011 Show Year has begun.

Bayley and I are very excited about the 2011 Show year. We started the year off for a New Years Show up in Ione, CA Twist picked up another reserve, was considered for WB and won her class all 4 shows.
We are now busy packing and getting ready for the annual Cow Palace Show in Daily City, CA This is a two day benched show wherein the general population can meet and greet all the breeds. Update and pictures forthcoming!
